Q1: Can I dye or bleach the human hair goods?

A: yes. Human hair can be colored. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk. If you can not get to a salon, use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first please.


Q2: Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

A: Your hair extensions tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating
drops or consult your stylist for more help.


Q3: How long does it last?

A: This hair can last for very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it in order to use longer.If you buy 100% virgin hair and take good care of the hair, it will last longer.


Q4: What type of hair care products should I use?

A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.
1.Using good quality shampoo and hair conditioner to protect the hair. It's important to keep the hair soft and shiny.
2.You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.
3.Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.


Q5: How many pieces Hair for one head?

A: Normally 2packs are enough for a full head, at most 3packs.You can always use the leftover hair later. If you are using hair over 18" you might need another pack.If you are getting fusion or micro then you will need to consult your stylist.


Q6: How to tell human hair from synthetic hair?

A: Human hair has natural protein . It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. Human hair will smell foul. When burning, the human hair will show white smoke.While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.Moreover, human hair may have very little gray hair and split ends. It is normal but not a quality problem.

1.How long do you take to dispatch an order?

   We use express shipping such as fedex/dhl/ups 3-4days to usa 4-5days to most other country,Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, enabling you to track your order.

3.What is your return policy?

   Please check your hair items upon received. If your don't like it, your can exchange it for a replacement or return it back to us for refund. Please be kindly noted that the hair that you send back to us can be secondary sold and we can offer you a full refund of item or a new replacement , otherwise,we will offer you a partial refund or you need to pay extra money to get the new replacement,because the hair need to be reworked,so it will cost extra money.And the return shipping fee will be paid by the customer if there is no quality issues . 4.I received the wrong item in my delivery. What do I do?

   If you have received the wrong item, please call/email us with your Order Number,Product Name & Size and pics. All of the above must be submitted to ???, so that our Customer Service team can check and confirm it.Please do not worry about it,we will solve the matter for you ASAP.
